Returns

At Noirxlab, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Inspection
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of use, including but not limited to:

• Stains or marks

• Strong odors (e.g. perfume, smoke)

• Damage such as tears or holes
  

If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
